About Our Client
A global chemical manufacturer providing the highest quality of product to customers in a number of industry around the world.
The Group Operations Director will be responsible for the operational performance, profitability and people at a number of top tier COMAH facilities across the UK. Being a business improvement and change manager you will implement cultural change and unify UK business to work collaboratively and commercially as a collective unit. You will create and champion excellence and drive relevant metrics as a collective group of sites. These must include HSE, efficiency, and reflect business vision and goals for the UK business. You will report to board level and provide regular updates on performance.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have been in an operational leadership capacity within the chemical and ideally Top Tier COMAH environment. You will have a degree in scientific or engineering discipline and formal qualifications in lean and change management. You must have a demonstrable record of multi-site leadership and improvement and have reported remotely and regularly.
