Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Voids Supervisor will be;
- Supervising trade operatives on void properties
- Monitoring and managing resource
- Ensuring all works is completed within budget and to contractual standards
- Carry out pre and post inspections of all void works
- Monitoring progress of all works
- Ensuring a high quality of workmanship
- Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractors works are carried out in accordance with the work specs provided and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
- Specifying of voids, checking the void and presenting the orders to the housing offices
The Successful Applicant
- Be highly experienced in Voids and property refurbishment projects
- Experience managing a team
- Possess experience liaising at all levels internally and externally
- Have experience being the operational front and manage a high-profile void projects with the delivery of high specification voids through an assigned team of engineers, Contractors and appropriate resources
- Experience of working in a service delivery environment
- Asbestos Management (advantageous)
