Job Description

As VP Customer Success and Delivery, the role will involve:

  • Leading and managing the customer operations and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, along with ongoing customer support.
  • Overseeing the implementation of new projects to customers.
  • Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with other C-suite executives to align delivery with the company's strategic goals.
  • Implement process that also incorporates successful partner delivery to the customer.
  • Monitor and report on delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Participate in the development of new products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through all stages of the delivery process.
  • Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Working closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO with regular updates on customer delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The successful VP Customer Success and Delivery should have:

  • A proven track record in a leadership role within a similar customer led role.
  • A strong understanding of customer delivery and integration processes and strategies, both directly and via partners.
  • A track record in a similar role where Cloud, SAAS solutions are the core products and solutions.
  • Ideally have AWS experience.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience in representing a company at industry events and forums.
  • Experience in leading a customer delivery team.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • A proven track record of maintaining strong customer relationships.
