A global SaaS company
Lead a global marketing team consisting of acquisition, retention, loyalty, brand, partnerships, and creative marketers.
Develop and execute the marketing plan across all channels (email, paid social, direct mail, organic, search).
Develop their loyalty program to drive retention among the customer base.
Analyse KPIs related to marketing performance, media results, and promotional campaign results to forecast potential revenue tied to marketing efforts.
Partner closely with product, design, and sales teams to integrate customer marketing programs into all customer touchpoints.
Set & manage eCommerce calendar, product launches, and all online promotional campaigns in tandem with the operations team
Work closely with C-Level Executives to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
Take project from concept to test and implement, while providing reporting to the team on program performance
Experienced with utilising multiple digital channels and creative techniques to move leads down a funnel
Data driven and focuses on piloting and testing ideas. Have the opportunity to run creative and effective lead gen techniques from email, search, sponsorship, direct marketing, social, online events
Continuously develop, pilot, scale unique lead generation campaigns including the end to end operations
Develop unique outreach strategies including: SEM, Display, OOH, SEO, Comms, Partner Marketing, Email, Events & Product Marketing
Manage and develop key members within the marketing team
Track and report on success of marketing campaigns and lead generation metrics such as MQL, SQL, and top of funnel metrics using tools such as Google Analytics
The Successful Applicant
A creative thought-leader biased towards action. You will be strategic as well as hands on and take action to see your ideas move forward
Proven experience in a marketing role at a high B2B growth company or early stage start-up
You are a seasoned eCommerce / retention expert with a deep understanding of online shopping behaviour, user experience, retention, driving sales through efficient marketing programs and conversion optimization.
Customer centric marketer with a deep understanding of developing and marketing consumer brands.
Have managed a substantial marketing budget of $40M+.
Strong track record of creating successful inbound / outbound marketing campaigns, sourcing leads and running multichannel marketing campaigns
Data driven leader who can track, report and analyse the result of marketing campaigns
Experience with Hubspot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM and prospecting platforms
Ability to work in fast paced work environment and juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands
Creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
