About Our Client
A branded consumer organisation with a number of international offices and manufacturing sites.
Based from North West England, the VP Sales EMEA will develop and directly lead the EMEA sales strategy to drive business growth. Build a working environment that has high energy, is can-do, entreprenuerial and new business focused.
Through implementing a clear sales strategy, you will be a assume a player-manager role to develop sales across retail and distributor channels. You will deliver a plan that rapidly drives sales, product distribution, availability and brand recognition in the EMEA region to hit key milestones.
You will be responsible for setting targets, objectives and proactively managing their successful delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidates for the VP Sales EMEA will demonstrate a successful track record of new business sales, both personally and through team leadership. You may already be familiar with consumer products, but suitable candidates with a product sales background from outside of the consumer sector will be actively considered.
You will have strong process, rigour and structure with excellent business acumen and analytical ability with a real focus on delivering strategy and objectives. You will be a success focused person, with an agile and energetic approach to building sales and have a track record of over achievement. As a new business person, you will be highly resilient, inquisitive, seek to overcome all hurdles, and be a truly self motivated individual with the natural ability to manage up and down a corporate structure.
You will be an independent thinker who actively and constructively contributes to the wider business and is happy to challenge senior colleagues. It is likely you will be very goal and task orientated with the rea ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
