About Our Client
My client is a growing 3PL who have a multi user operation distributing on behalf of 10 customers from their site in Bicester, which is the flagship site for the business.
They distribute key ingredients to manufacturers all around the UK who then supply their products to all of the major food retailers. They are an integral part of the UK supply chain and a business that continues to grow.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for this Warehouse Manager role in Bicester will be to effectively manage the different relationships with the customers you are distributing for and to.
You will set and manage key KPIs for the team and make sure they are in line with all customer expectations
You will manage health and safety across the site, and also be fully responsible for the P&L
You will be responsible for VNA drivers, operatives, the admin and stock teams.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this Warehouse Manager role in Bicester for this Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain business, will have previous experience in a fast paced distribution environment.
You will ideally have experience of distributing to manufacturers or retailers.
Ideally you will have experience in a multiuser warehousing operation and be able to effectively manage multiple high level stakeholder relationships.
You will have experience of managing a P&L, setting KPIs and managing health and safety on a site.
What's on Offer
Salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience + package
