This role will give the successful candidate a chance to truly flourish within a challenging, demanding, but rewarding environment with lots of room to progress along the way.Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Operations Manager role will require the individual to:Report to the Site Manager.Direct reports of x5 Shift Managers, along with an indirect headcount of 50+ heads consisting of;Team Managers, Stock & Inventory Managers, Team Leaders and Operatives.Overall responsibility for process design and daily delivery for inbound, pick and outbound operations through the team.Be responsible for effective inventory controls, ensuring the customer portfolios are maintained within key SLA guidelines.Be responsible for all KPIs and SLAs.Accountable for medium term succession planning across your site.Commutable to Oxfordshire.This role would suit a candidate that has worked in a; Operations Manager position previously.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Warehouse Operations Manager role will have the following skills and experiences:A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - EssentialHave worked in a 3PL environment - Essential Be Degree educated (or similar) - AdvantageousManaged Multiple customers previously - AdvantageousA minimum of 5+ years Logistics experience at an Operations Manager level previously - Essential.
