Job Description
- Create and provide a safe working environment
- Execute the business plan to waste cost in a safe and proficient manner
- Ensure that skills matrices are maintained with gaps identified and solutions in place to close gaps
- Maintenance of waste equipment
- Manage, motivate and coach team members
- Provide daily progress information including issues and constraints to ensure adherence to the plan
The Successful Applicant
- Proven managerial experience
- Demonstrable history of working in a flow manufacturing, low capital, manually intensive environment
- Maintaining a balanced set of KPI's
- Strong team-building and decision making skills
- Formal Safety qualification e.g. IOSH / NEBOSH Certificate
