Yardi Support Analyst

This role will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support and assisting with the ticket management of our Yardi Platform, and Yardi themselves an out-sourced provider.

About Our Client

The developer of the largest urban regeneration project in Europe. They are a commercial and residential property company who, as owners, managers and developers, are responsible for the regeneration of 128 acres of the once-derelict Docklands district of East London.

Job Description

  • Own and manage the level 1 support model (currently outsourced to Yardi), which involves reviewing all tickets and queries that come from the Yardi helpdesk
  • Attend all relevant calls with Yardi to ensure continuous good working relationships and flagging risks and issues as early as possible.
  • Maintain security and access framework in the Yardi Platform, including but not limited to user security, permissions and menus.
  • Generate reports and assist with issue analysis, as needed.
  • Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of the Yardi Platform.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and updates to the Yardi suite of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the Yardi Platform and integration with other platforms.
  • Support the Product team in championing best practice and overall positive user experience of Yardi.
  • Other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Yardi products is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with out-source providers is desired
