Job Description
This isn't going to be an easy role. You will be responsible for providing the care and support of our young people. From getting ready, supporting with their recovery and organising activities. You'll be working with a close-knit team at our service in Maidenhead. Helping the children along their recovery journey
Assisting with daily activities and personal care
Aiding with individual development and building positive working-relationships
Supporting families and maintaining great communication with those you support
The Successful Applicant
You love working with young people and find reward in their success
You're keen to take the time to understand and support with young people
You are patient and caring
You don't necessarily have to have experience in this field before, just the drive to learn and succeed!

Your hourly wage will be £11.51 per hour (£13.30 inc holiday) for weekdays, rising on weekends and nights! You'll be working as part of a team who support you and want you to succeed
