Historic Royal Palaces were in need of five retail managers to manage various shops across their estate.
What we did
We designed a bespoke recruitment strategy to attract the very best retail management candidates, including searching our own database and third-party networks. We also advertised the roles on the key sites using our Reach Talent advertising package, which included: michaelpage.co.uk, totaljobs.com, retailchoice.com, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google. After screening candidates, we ran two assessment days to provide the client with the best shortlist possible.
All positions were filled off the back of the assessment centers. Two of the positions were filled from candidates applying directly through the adverts placed. Historic Royal Palaces were delighted with the work undertaken and now work with Michael Page Retail exclusively.
