Michael Page International and Page Personnel open new office in Sheffield

Michael Page International, one of the world’s leading professional recruitment consultancies, and Page Personnel, an industry leader in the provision of financial recruitment solutions, are set to bolster their commitment to South Yorkshire’s thriving business community with the opening of a Sheffield office.
The new operation will be headed up by a highly specialist management team and will initially comprise three Michael Page divisions, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, in addition to an Page Personnel division. It is anticipated other specialist divisions will join in 2007.
Michael Page Finance will benefit from an already established client and candidate base within the region, and paves the way for additional divisions to provide the same outstanding level of recruitment services. As a reflection of Michael Page and Page Personnel ongoing commitment to the region, the Manufacturing and Supply Chain divisions have been specifically chosen to meet the requirements of Sheffield’s successful and historic industrial economy.
With an already significant presence in Northern England, Michael Page and Page Personnel expansion into South Yorkshire is indicative of the regeneration the county is currently seeing, with £250m invested annually. The investment has created a broader, more diverse economy with the exciting developments within professional, financial and technology markets.
