Sales Advisor/Personal Banker/Customer Advisor
These roles are client facing, offering advice on the full range of financial products. You will be self motivated, target driven and a good communicator.
£16,000 to £20,000 + Bonuses.
Branch Manager
Managing a Cash and Sales Team you will work towards agreed targets and take responsibility for the Risk and Compliance of the Branch.
£18,000 to £50,000 + Bonuses.
Relationship Manager
Running a portfolio of personal customers within the Retail Branch network, this face-to-face sales role requires excellent customer service skills and an understanding of a range of Financial Services products. A track record in lending and credit would be to your advantage.
£18,000 to £40,000 + Bonuses.
Financial Planning Manager
You will work closely with Branch and Relationship Managers to meet income and cross sales targets. If you’re not CeFA/CAS accredited you can depend on our track record of placing individuals in Trainee roles.
£22,000 to £ 45,000 + very good Bonuses.
Mortgage Advisor
Working closely with Branch and Relationship Managers, you will establish a rapport with customers to meet Mortgage Completion targets. You must be CeMAP qualified and CAS accredited.
£22,000 and £35,000 + very good Bonuses.
Area/Regional Manager
Responsible for a team of Branch or Relationship Managers, you will be accountable for the Sales and Service performance of your designated territory, as well overseeing the individual performance management of your team.
£40,000 to £80,000 + substantial bonuses.
