Benefits
Salaries - The EA compensation programme is designed to attract the best talent in the industry and motivate individuals to achieve their highest level of performance. Each position within EA is evaluated and assigned to a salary level based on job responsibilities. Salary levels for positions take into account the skills and education required to do the job, the demand for those skills and education in the local job market, and the compensation for comparable jobs outside the company. Salary ranges are reviewed annually to maintain a competitive position within our industry.
Bonus Scheme - Under the EA current bonus plan each employee is eligible for a bonus, the total of which is based on EA financial performance and your own personal achievement against objectives.
