Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental social governance (ESG) are integrated into the company’s values. As such, BetVictor’s CSR Committee has created an internal programme based around three strategic pillars: Safer Gambling, Environment & Sustainability and Charity & Wellness.
BetVictor employees can take a paid volunteer day each year to volunteer for a charity of their choice. Our staff have used their volunteer days to support Ocean Cleanup, their local Cancer Relief Centre and local cat and dog shelters, among other worthy causes. Throughout the year, the CSR Committee also runs regular fundraising events, including our ever-popular 5-a-side football tournaments.
