About Us 

Auxesia Homes is the leading provider of affordable homes for individuals and families who have served,or continue to serve, our country.

We provide up to 250 homes per year for Affordable Rent, Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership purchase across the North of England. We prioritise those who have served with the British Armed Forces, NHS and emergency services, and over the coming years, we have ambitious plans to build on our unique model to help local authorities across the UK better serve their communities.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is simple: to provide a greater number of affordable homes in the most sought-after areas across the North of England, for those who have
served, or continue to serve, our country.

OUR AMBITION
We are committed to scaling our business to provide 500 affordable homes each year across the North of England. We aim to achieve this by expanding
our network of reputable developers, planning consultants and house builders.

By continuing to help local authorities deliver upon their obligations as per the Armed Forces Covenant, our vision is to ensure that, as a nation, we treat our current and former British Military service men and women, NHS staff and Emergency Service personnel with the security and respect they deserve.

Social Impact

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
As part of our Homes for Heroes initiative, our residents are offered access to free mental health and wellbeing support delivered by our various partner companies.

ANONYMIND
Anonymind is an online health-tech platform delivering professional mental health support and treatment delivered by fully qualified mental health professionals.

STANDING TALL FOUNDATION
The Standing Tall Foundation aims to support community health and wellbeing, and strives to provide assistance to anyone who needs it.

LEON HOUSE PRIVATE CLINIC
Leon House Residential Rehabilitation Clinic based in Prestwich, Manchester, treats a variety of addictions and psychological disorders.
