Broxtowe a very pleasant place to live and work. Nearly two thirds of the land in Broxtowe is open countryside with a number of areas noted for their particular charm, and preserved as conservation areas.

The Council Property assets include 4,200 residential properties and 300, retail, industrial and operational properties.  Notable in the portfolio is the recent development in Beeston Town Centre including a cinema, restaurant and business premises.

In August 2022, Broxtowe Borough Council were successfully awarded Disability Confident Leader status following external validation. The Council previously held the ‘Two Ticks’ disability scheme status and voluntarily became a Disability Confident Employer following the introduction of the new scheme in 2016.

Your New Team

The role of Estates Manager reports in the Head of Asset Management and Development and is responsible for 5 members of property, estates and maintenance staff.  This role sits alongside a supportive management team comprising capital works, housing delivery and commercial.
