Our leadership team comprises of Monica Fogarty our Chief Executive: three strategic directors Mark Ryder, Communities; Nigel Minns, People and Rob Powell, Resources.
Thirteen Assistant Directors lead either strategic and commissioning or delivery services and report to the Strategic Directors. Forty eight managers, with either a strategy and commissioning manager role or service manager role report to our Assistant Managers.
Our behaviours frame how we should behave at work. They help us to understand how we should go about our work and the way we should interact with each other and our customers.
