The role of a PageGroup recruitment consultant combines business development and commercial customer service, generating revenue by successfully engaging with clients, candidates and colleagues. 

Key responsibilities of a recruitment consultant include:

Identifying iconIdentifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment to understand their current or future recruitment needs

Hand iconProvide consultative information to clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business

Paper iconAttend client meetings to maintain relationships and pitch for new business. 

Hand with heart iconSourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client

Process iconSupporting and managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond

People iconOffering CV, interview and general career advice to candidates

Candidate client iconProviding a thorough aftercare service to both client and candidate to check everything is running smoothly, and identify further business opportunities

Networking iconNetworking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities and become an expert in your market
