Do I have to wear a suit?

No, we operate a flexible approach – dress for your diary. The most important thing is that you have the right knowledge and expertise to connect with our customers.

Is recruitment a sales based role?

Yes, it's business-to-business sales.

What is the working environment like?

There is a constant buzz of activity.  We have small business teams and the offices are open plan.  In such a team-based organisation, it’s always busy, with lots of fun and everyone is highly supportive.

What training is given in the first few months?

We have a blended learning approach which helps us combine the latest technology in interactive digital learning with face to face training to support you as you acquire new knowledge and skills.  You’ll also receive one to one support from your manager including at-desk coaching and local workshop sessions to fine tune your recruitment skills.

What is the selection process?

As recruitment experts we know that you are more than your CV, so we’ll ask you to record yourself answering a few initial questions via our digital interview platform, Hirevue.  You can do this at a time that suits you and even use your mobile device.  Your application will then be reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team and, if you’re successful, you’ll be asked to have an initial telephone interview before attending a face to face interview with our hiring directors and the relevant business MD. We know changing jobs is a big decision, so our thorough process is designed to support you in making the right one.
