Job Description

Experienced Account Manager to join our expanding Service Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and securing sales for service contracts with existing UK customers in the healthcare sector. This role is crucial to the continued growth and success.Selling Services contracts and renewals for monitoring systems for electrical installations and equipment. Safety Critical application with a healthcare environment. Service contracts cover Service maintenance and repair.The Account Manager will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Service Sales team.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • *Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Strong understanding of service contracts and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience



* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.

* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
