Job Description

  • Convert demand forecasts into Warehouse Plans
  • Monitor and improve any potential issues with capacity planning
  • Lead planning meetings, taking ownership of highlighting any constraints
  • Line management of a small team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Capacity Planner should have:

  • Experience in capacity/resource planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and forecasting tools or software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in line management
