Job Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of plot sale transactions from draft contracts to completion.
  • Liaise with Sales and Technical teams to track progress and help meet exchange and completion targets.
  • Carry out purchaser due diligence, including AML checks and source‑of‑funds verification.
  • Handle all pre‑exchange, pre‑completion and post‑completion correspondence and documentation.
  • Produce accurate reports and maintain high standards across all documentation.
  • Stay up to date with current home‑ownership schemes and sales incentive products.
  • Maintain organised, paperless file management and proactively plan workloads.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting peak periods and contributing to continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced in residential conveyancing or plot sales.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident managing multiple transactions and tight deadlines.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who builds strong working relationships.
  • Comfortable handling due diligence, AML checks and compliance tasks.
  • Able to work effectively in a paperless, fast‑paced environment.
  • Problem‑solver who spots issues early and takes ownership.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Motivated to grow, learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
