  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about the organisation's services and policies.
  • Log and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the organisation's values and mission.
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals within the Chester-based office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
  • An ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
