Job Description



Reporting to the Management Accountant, this is a varied and hands-on role within a small, friendly team. You'll take responsibility for a range of finance and administrative activities, working both independently and collaboratively to support the wider business.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with weekly financial reporting and cost analysis
  • Preparing and contributing to internal and customer reporting packs
  • Raising invoices and supporting credit control processes
  • Managing petty cash and reconciliations
  • Coordinating purchasing activities for the site
  • Supporting payroll administration tasks
  • Providing general administrative support as required



This role offers variety and exposure to different teams. It's a fast-moving environment where deadlines matter, but where you'll also be supported by a team that values collaboration and a positive working atmosphere. You'll be encouraged to take ownership, suggest improvements, and play an active part in the success of the operation.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and eager to develop within a finance and administrative function.

Key attributes and experience include:

  • Previous administrative experience (any sector considered)
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership
  • GCSE Maths (Grade B or above, or equivalent)
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
