Job Description

  • Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning models.
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to monitor and optimise financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key financial and operational metrics.
  • Support the preparation of board presentations and investor reports.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business cases and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
  • Assist in the enhancement of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Business partnering with internal Operational Directors to improve bottom line

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A/FBP professional should have:

  • Strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience in the Technology/FS industries is advantageous.
