Job Description

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting activities.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to consolidate budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify key performance indicators and monitor business performance against targets.
  • Support decision-making by providing detailed variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A should have:

  • A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working in the Technology, Insurance or FS is desirable
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
