Job Description

  • Turning complex data into clear, commercial insight for senior stakeholders
  • Quantifying marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Leading test-and-learn programmes across paid media and digital journeys
  • Building scalable dashboards across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Designing robust attribution and measurement frameworks
  • Introducing AI-driven analytics, forecasting and anomaly detection
  • Partnering with developers to evolve tracking and data architecture

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong B2B experience in performance marketing, analytics or growth roles
  • Deep knowledge of attribution models and marketing ROI
  • Advanced analytical capability and commercial judgement
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • BI experience (e.g. Tableau)
  • Exposure to CRM and data environments such as Salesforce or HubSpot
