The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department within a school. This temporary position involves managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation such as contracts and onboarding materials.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and provide information when required.
  • Assist in organising training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in a HR role within a school.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and problem-solving.
