Job Description

  • Manage rent arrears and ensure timely collection of payments.

  • Prepare reports on income collection performance for internal review.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve tenant-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Income Officer - Interim should have:
