They manage over 2000 properties across this region.Job DescriptionLead an effective maintenance and improvements service which achieves high levels of customer satisfaction and value for money.Ensure that all properties comply with all relevant legislation and regulation including the Regulator of Social Housing's Regulatory Standards, the Decent Homes Standard, the Housing Health & Safety Rating System and all applicable health & safety and CDM legislation.Exercise budgetary control and effective financial management controls for the section and contribute to the development and implementation of robust budget setting and business planning processes within the organisationLead on the continued development and implementation of our asset management strategy, including all aspects of current and future property needs including carbon reduction.Develop and maintain an in depth understanding of the long-term performance of the overall stock portfolio and the investment needs of individual and groups of properties.
