The EMEA Legal & IP team supports commercial, medical, research and regulatory activities across the region and globally.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive administrative support to the EMEA Legal & Intellectual Property team, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day department operations.Manage professional memberships, subscriptions and renewals for team members, maintaining accurate records and timely processing.Handle legal and financial administration, including invoice management and coordination with internal finance teams.Coordinate the signing and legalisation of legal documents in line with internal policies and external requirements.Manage patent and trademark formalities, including filing, docketing, grant and annuity procedures.Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, external legal and patent counsel, and third‑party service providers to ensure deadlines and formal requirements are met.Provide IP paralegal support to regional IP, research and commercial teams, contributing to the protection of current and future brands.Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple countries, supporting an international legal and IP function.Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and quality across all legal and IP documentation.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be a detail‑oriented and organised legal or IP administrator with experience supporting patent and trademark formalities in a professional environment. Ideally C I P A‑qualified or working towards qualification, they will bring a strong understanding of IP administration, deadlines and quality standards.They will be a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with colleagues and external partners across different countries.
