This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Partner to join as a team of partners managing a growing and challenging business unit, The role will comprise of a technical business partner with exceptional communication skills.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to ensure alignment.
  • Analyse business processes and recommend improvements through IT initiatives.
  • Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and provide training where necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented technology solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in IT project management or business analysis.
  • Experience in API & EDI
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Due to the salary banding and level of this role, we are looking for individuals with 2 years experience as a technical project manager/business analyst.
