Job Description

  • Coordinate media relations activities to ensure effective coverage and messaging.
  • Draft and review press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide analysis for reporting purposes.
  • Support the development and implementation of communication strategies.
  • Respond to media enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain relationships with key media contacts and stakeholders.
  • Assist with crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align media activities with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Media Officer Associate should have:

  • Experience in media relations or a related field within the public sector.
