Job Description

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Coordinate post and courier services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the office environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Administrator and Receptionist should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
