Job Description

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices to managers and staff.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Advisor should have:
