Job Description

  • Lead and mentor IT Business Partners to align IT capabilities with business priorities
  • Shape and implement IT strategies that enhance operational performance
  • Manage the IT Capex budget, ensuring effective allocation and financial oversight
  • Optimise 1st and 2nd line support processes to improve service quality
  • Engage senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology initiatives
  • Oversee end‑to‑end IT project delivery using structured project management practices
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
  • Manage risks, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes



The Successful Applicant

A successful Programme Manager should have:

  • Extensive experience in senior IT management and business‑IT alignment
  • Strong project management and delivery background across complex portfolios
  • Proven success managing budgets and leading cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks
  • Skilled in change management and decision‑making
  • Experience improving service operations and leading high‑performing teams
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
