Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage budgets and control costs related to facilities and property management.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repair, refurbishment, and maintenance works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to across all properties.
  • Prepare and present reports on property performance and maintenance schedules.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support operational needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth property management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:
