Job Description

  • Ensure all products comply with relevant quality and safety standards within the retail industry.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular product testing and analysis to maintain compliance and quality consistency.
  • Maintain accurate records of product specifications and compliance certifications.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with the design and buying teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to internal teams regarding product standards and regulations.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality & Sustainability Manager Textiles should have:

  • A strong understanding of textile products and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience working in the retail industry or a similar environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry compliance and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
