Job Description

    • Lead end‑to‑end PAS 2035 delivery, from retrofit assessment through design, installation, and handover
    • Act as the primary technical authority for retrofit coordination and energy modelling
    • Manage retrofit surveying activity across the region, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance
    • Produce and review RdSAP and full SAP energy models in line with scheme requirements
    • Manage TrustMark lodgements to support programme delivery and funding drawdown
    • Coordinate with designers, delivery teams, and external survey partners to ensure robust technical solutions
    • Implement and manage audit processes for internal and external assessors
    • Drive excellent customer and resident experience throughout the surveying process
    • Support bid and tender submissions with high‑quality technical input
    • Share technical updates, best practice, and industry developments across the business



The Successful Applicant



Essential

  • Qualified PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator
  • Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification
  • OCDEA certification
  • Strong working knowledge of TrustMark compliance
  • Experience managing retrofit survey processes within housing refurbishment programmes
  • Confident producing and interpreting RdSAP and SAP models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of construction types and retrofit measures
  • Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
