A fast‑growing apparel agency and brand based in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join their expanding team. Following a period of continued growth, the business is strengthening its merchandising function. They operate across multiple product categories, including premium apparel, streetwear, and performance wear, working with a diverse and exciting mix of brands.

With strong growth across the UK, Dubai, the US, Australia, and mainland Europe, merchandising sits at the core of how the company drives revenue and scale globally.

Job Description

  • Define product architecture and support range planning
  • Manage pricing, margin, and sell-through performance
  • Analyse global performance and optimise by region
  • Own and manage the critical path across development and delivery
  • Oversee wholesale order books and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate import/export and logistics processes
  • Manage stock flow across ecommerce and wholesale
  • Align merchandising with ecommerce and campaign activity

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Merchandiser should have:

  • Previous experience in merchandising within the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
