• Working with a small portfolio of 100 limited companies, working on tax returns.
• Develop your skills within a team of 20 people.

The Tax positions based in Rochester:

• Develop the skills to undertake increasingly complex compliance for wide ranging clients along with the chance to assist with tax planning work.
• Work with the wider team with the opportunity to progress your tax based skillset.

In this role you will be expected to be comfortable with preparing accounts, tax, bookkeeping, managing accounts and providing other general practice services. There is also a requirement of building new client relationships while maintaining current relationships.

My client, an established local independent firm, are currently looking for a Semi Senior (Audit/Accounts) to join their Tunbridge Wells office as a Semi Senior. This position offers an excellent opportunity to have an Audit focused role with the option to still have an aspect of both accounts and tax as well.

The main roles for the Accountant position are:

• Working with key clients, involved in Tax Returns.
• Completion of financial end of year Accounts (Limited, LLP, Partnership, Sole Trader).

The Accountant role based in Maidstone:

• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Financial strategy development.
• Tax planning and compliance.
• Financial software and record keeping.

The Account Manager role based in Tunbridge Wells:

• Manage a portfolio up to senior manager/partner review stage. Portfolio consisting of OMBs with a mix of companies, LLPs and individuals.
• Manage and complete all tax and accounting compliance requirements.
