A finance leader responsible for overseeing financial reporting, governance, financial controls and transactional finance activities within a large, regulated organisation. Partnering with operational and executive leaders to provide financial insight, support decision making and drive performance.You will lead on the delivery of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts and audit processes.
The role will play a key part in providing financial insight and analysis that supports informed decision-making, drives business performance and contributes to the achievement the business strategic growth objectives.
This role offers full responsibility for the finance function while partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance.
The Finance Manager will take ownership of key financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities while supporting the wider business through effective financial insight and business partnering. You'll also lead and develop the finance team, drive process improvements and support the continued development of the finance function.
The Finance Systems Analyst will be the main Finance contact for Microsoft Dynamics, using a strong understanding of finance processes to improve how the system is used. The role will manage agreed Finance-owned changes and work with IT and External consultant on technical support and system development.
This is a 12 month fixed term Finance Analyst role for a business in central Leicester, suitable for a part qualified candidate with prior experience working in an Analytical role with large data sets.
