Job Description

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure administrative, billing and PO issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Do service reviews and deal with escalated complaints
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property market.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify areas of process improvement and advise within the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in an Account Management, sales or client-facing role within the property industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
