Job Description

  • Accurately record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll and tax filing requirements.
  • Assist with producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Provide assistance during audits and financial reviews.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
