Job Description

The key responsibilities of this Accounts Receivable Specialist role will be:

  • Manage accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments accurately.
  • Communicate with German-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and ageing analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all financial transactions.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years in a similar accountancy role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
