Job Description

  • Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and payments.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  • Support the accounting and finance department with audits and compliance requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service when addressing client payment queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
