Job Description

  • Assist with the guest experience process, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage dispatch operations and ensure accurate and timely coordination of services.
  • Collaborate with various teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
  • Monitor and address guest feedback to continuously improve the experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the Hospitality & Leisure environment.
  • Train and support team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Prepare and manage schedules to optimise staff performance and coverage.
  • Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
