Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
  • Manage and organise documents, records, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team activities.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
  • Support the team with general office duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
