Bookkeeper

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.

Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank, credit card, and cash accounts on a regular basis.

Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with current HMRC requirements.

Process payroll or support payroll preparation (optional depending on role).

Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial reports.

Support month‑end and year‑end processes, including working with external accountants.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and statutory regulations.

Assist with general administrative tasks where required.
